Effective April 18, 2023 will be accepting walk ins for COVID-19 shots, including Moderna bivalent 1st dose, or bivalent booster dose. To receive the booster dose, it must be two months since your last booster, and you must be 65 and older (for 2nd bivalent booster). Please have your white vaccination card with you.

Bureau County Health Department:
Monday thru Thursday 8:00am – 3:30pm
Putnam County Health Department:
Thursdays 8:00am- 3:30pm
Marshall County Health Department:
Monday thru Thursday 8:00am – 3:30pm
