Family Health Programs
Providing the community with effective educational services in order to promote healthy lifestyles and a higher quality of life. We offer many programs aimed at keeping families healthy.
Environmental Health
Environmental health promotes health and quality of life by preventing or controlling those diseases or deaths that result from interactions between people and the places they live, work and play.
Health Education
Effective educational programs in order to promote healthy lifestyles and a high quality of life. We believe these programs greatly benefit our youth and communities in efforts to live substance free and overall, to live healthy lifestyles.
Mental Health Resources
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life.
Emergency Preparedness
The Bureau, Putnam & Marshall County Health Departments are the lead agencies in public health emergencies within our community. We support other agencies when an emergency is not related to strictly public health responses.
